MiniMaker App

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Valentine Möbius ("Licensor") governing the use of the MiniMaker App ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible Android device, subject to the terms of this Agreement. Only if the User purchases the Pro-Version, the User is allowed to use the App for commercial purposes. 

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the App to third parties.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Interfere with the App’s functionality or attempt to access unauthorized features.

3. Ownership

The App, including all intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of the Licensor. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.

4. Privacy Policy

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, which outlines how user data is collected, stored, and used. Refer to https://www.dollstuff.de/minimaker/Imprint.html. 

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied. Licensor disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Licensor does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 

7. Termination

Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the App at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device. 

8. Updates and Modifications

Licensor may update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
